To us, luxury means laid-back comfort instead of formalities. Inspiring people instead of pretty facades. Character and soul instead of polished surfaces. No expensive prestige addresses, but where the authentic heart of the city beats.
We love our neighborhood and we constantly contribute to the creative scene as well as to the environment. This is what feels right to us. We prefer rough edges instead of slipperiness, nonchalance over exaggeration, laughing loudly and heartfully instead of gossiping quietly.
To us, lean means not paying for things you don’t need or want. We consistently leave away things we deem as unimportant. We don‘t need an impressive lift lobby, a receptionist or huge desks.
What’s more important: In our opinion, the perfect work place offers more places to work than a simple desk. It feels more like a second home than an office. We believe that the ideal place to work is a place that’s about more than just work. It’s a place that connects you with like-minded people.
And since we’ve also got architects and software engineers on our team, we also act lean behind the scenes: We organize ourselves quite differently than conventional office centers. We consistently use IT, to simplify processes. Much can be handled through our boutique hotels on site – everything from one provider and therefore less expensive. We plan, create and build skillfully, to make the most of the space available. This is how we save us and you a lot of money. It feels right.
